Brown Grrlz Project

ive been thinking about make up.  like it has only recently occurred to me that most of the girls i know where make up.  like foundation.  and eyeshadow.  and other stuff.  most girls can pull out a bag from their bedroom with their wands and brushes and cover up and blush. honestly i somehow thought that most girls just woke up looking like that…and i would think, fuck, man, how is your skin so healthy!
me?  i have three different versions of black eyeliner.  bass.  liquid, pencil, and kohl.
oh! and lipgloss.
when i was a teenager i wore a lot more make up.  never foundation cause i dont like the way it smells/feels on my skin, but eye liner, eye shadow, blush, lip stick, powder, etc.  i used to be really into it.  but somewhere around the age of 20 i stopped with most of it. probably because im lazy.  and didnt care so much if people thought i was pretty.  plus i dont really like bras, or doing much to my hair, or wearing uncomfortable clothes.  im a femme.  im just a really lazy femme.
my mother was a make up consultant for a few years and whenever i would go home to see her, she would do a make over.  what i liked most was all the stuff that scrubs dead skin off.  and stuff with a bit of shimmer in it.
actually that is all i want.  just a bit of shimmer like a fairy. healthy glow.  and ive been sick the past few weeks in the dead of winter and my skin looks dead to me.
anyways, i plucked my eyebrows last night for the first time in years.  cal couldnt tell the difference.  so yeah…lazy femme for the win.
