Every woman is more than just the sum of all of her parts—the pieces of us that politicians, the insurance companies, the clergy, and others use to try to define woman. I am responsible for  my body, my choices and our future. I am a woman, reborn. The renacimiento we speak of in 2012, refuses limitations and is challenged with raising the voices of our youth, and re-creating our commitment to  the next generation of   leaders in this movement. Women’s struggles are Human struggles.  Issues of health care, housing, education, and fair wages are valid concerns that must be resolved. It is time to reclaim our womanhood, our person-hood, our power, and our voice.
